Hatch Coffee | Specialty Coffee Subscription Store Built on Subbly
Hatch Coffee combines specialty coffee subscriptions with in person workshops. Subcrafted built their Subbly storefront to showcase both recurring coffee deliveries and event bookings, all in a clean, brand aligned layout delivered in 14 days.

What we did
Specialty coffee small-batch roasted single origins, espresso blends, cold brew concentrate, and coffee subscriptions. They also offer in-person workshops (Coffee 101, Cupping, Roasting, Latte Art) and a premium 'Peak Series' quarterly subscription featuring rare auction-lot coffees. Target customers are coffee enthusiasts across Canada and the USA who care about quality, origin stories, and brewing craft.
The Challenge
No unified online presence Products, subscriptions, and workshop bookings likely scattered across different platforms or not available online at all.
Manual order management Subscription customization, bundle building, and checkout processes handled manually via email or phone.
Blog content locked in a developer's hands Every new post, announcement, or recipe update required technical help to publish.
No way to capture demand for sold-out exclusives The Peak Series subscription has limited spots; interested customers had no way to join a waitlist and the business had no way to gauge demand.
